Too Good to be True?

  3. What is the penalty for receiving stolen goods in your jurisdiction? I would stay far away. TC

    ^^^That is definitely a strong possibility.

    The other thing that might be going on is the coins are doctored. Did you notice the angle of all the photographs? Usually angles like that are done on purpose to hide surface blemishes like hair lines from harsh cleaning.

    The same as if you stole the goods yourself.

    I had no intentions of buying those, but from what I can see of them, they have a value much higher than $450.

    I am not so sure that they are stolen. I clicked on one of his photos which took me to his photo album. There 7 pages of photos. I get the impression that the guy is simply hard up for money after looking at what he is selling. Page 6 of his photos shows the coins in SGS holders which is a good reason to stay away.
