See photo - I've got rolls of them and no idea if worth anything. All are circulated. 066.jpg

Worth melt, $1.30 each at todays closing price, if nothing more.

That's each dime is worth $1.30 melt value, not roll.

Mercury head dimes have .07234 oz. of pure silver in them. Today's closing price of silver, spot value, $18.03.

How bout you post all the dimes together in a pile?

    I love those photos :)

About the 1916D Mercury dime, they're worth north of $1000 in good or better condition.

Hope you find some! Maybe you could cut me some slack and give me one or two? :D

    Seriously?????

To the original poster, Like it has allready been said, its a good idea to look for the 1916D dime and others might be a little more valuable also. Best idea is to list all the dates and we can go from there. do you know where to find the mintmarks?

Check your 1942 dimes for the "2 over 1" variety. Those are good ones.

Some of the others have to chime in. Give them a day or two.

Exciting to have so much to look through! Don't be in too much of a hurry. Have fun with it.

Take lots of pics. When I see a collection like this, even though it's not mine, I get a thrill!

So "1920 and back" does not mean '1920 and earlier'?
