Found a 1995 $1 star today, fairly circulated, but it still looks alright!

Found a 2006 series $1 Atlanta star today, serial # F06517390* anyone have solid run info on it? My usual source doesn't have it listed, I think it may be a short run of 640k, but not 100% sure.

too bad it's so circulated, I'm trying to flatten it out inside a book with a box of books on top. Hopefully it starts to look a bit better since it's still crisp

 

Found my second $1 star of the week today!

 

I found a Series 1969 C $100 today. Serial number nothing special E 08366068 A

It's been around a bit so it'll just get spent again

 

I think you messed up on the serial number...

 

I was just at the bank where I buy halves from and the head teller showed my 8 $20 that are 1934. She said they had already given some out as change when the guy who cashed them in called and said he made a mistake and wanted them back.

 

Were you by chance one of the people they gave one out to as a mistake?

No I wasn't, this must have happened a while ago. She did show me the one she had kept though. Too bad I didn't get there when a bunch had been handed in. To be honest, I would have never worried about paper money until I joined CT.

 

Found a $1 bill 1969 no prefix in a pack of $1 bills also found a 1988A $1 Bill been finding lots of those lately found one that looked like it was made yesterday.
Also found about 3 2003A $1 bill star notes 1 of them was in great shape the others not so much.

 

I got this in change at work today.

Quite rough, but it's only a buck, so I'll hang onto it, for now.

i feel for that guy, he should have been more careful though. i spent a 1920's hawaii $20 note, so i can't say too much!

Monday was nice...3 star notes and a b-day note in 3 straps. Other than the notes listed for the week, I also kept a great condition (AU?) 1995 note (D65491050I) and a low-ish serial number 2006 (K00086997B). Both are probably "spenders" but they are only dollar notes so no big deal in keeping them.

 

I'm doubtful, but does it qualify as a ladder or other type of fancy SN?
