Even though you have a nice low SN, the note is very well circulated as has heavy ink stains on the edges of the margins. Center creases and bumped/soft rounded corners. Condition is everything for note collectors. Very little to no premium at this time. However, I would tuck this away and save it if I found it.

 

Personally I would put a small premium on it since I don't have any numbers that low. A very small premium though.

I agree, too bad it has seen so much use. Perhaps a Chicago collector might pay a small premium say $5-$10 over face..but thats about it.
