yes unsealed, only the two end coins were partly toned where the paper flaps made contact with the coins.it takes many yrs for a coin to tone blue,so these coins must of been rolled up way before 1962. btw; not all coins were cherry picked. i scored a few MS65s and MS66s from these rolls.
Guess you got lucky with those rolls. I think it was more common to find rolls like your OP, all 61's & 62's. Guess it mattered who rolled them from the bag. As for the toned end coins, depending on the stored environment, they could tone that way very quickly, so they could have been rolled in 62 or sooner. Today, depending on the source of the roll, I wouldn't expect to find any high grades in a roll of Morgans.
