I stopped after work at a coin shop and they had a NGC PF 69 I think 1962 Roosevelt that had absolutely beautiful rose colored toning across the whole Obverse. The reverse was just starting to tone. What is a good price for a toned Roosevelt?

PF69's go from $35 to $300 on Heritage, and then you tack on the toning. i.e., you need more details before we can answer (plane, cameo or deep cameo).

It was plain and rose/light purple.

You shouldn't comment if you can't be a little more serious. Ice

I am being serious. I've picked individual Roosie PRs for that price.

    NGC PR69 graded?

I'm not hung up on slabs with fractional numbers after the grade. The ones I have may grade PR-69, they could even grade PR-70 for that matter.

A proof is a proof regardless, and roosies from the 60s are worth about $1.50.

The thing about toned proofs is that the majority of collectors prefer blast white coins with deep cameo or cameo designations. While PF69 sounds uncommonly high, thee population is 311/40 and that does not include the deep cameo and cameo coins. Some proof collectors enjoy the originality of a toned coin but unless you are talking about monster toning, I wouldn't expect it to bring that much of a premium. Numismedia Wholesale for a 1962 PF69 Roosevelt is $32. If you really like the toning then you need to decide how much it is worth to you. Without seeing the coin, it is going to be very difficult for us to price it for you. Having said that, I would go about $50 if I really liked the toning.
