Mercury Dime, any dieas? this appears to be an error to me?

Hey, I bought a set of Mercury dimes, and in them i found this, it looks like it is a cud error. what do you guys think? If it is, any idea on its worth?

Pretty cool find! I have no idea what premium it might add to the coin, so I'll defer to some of our more knowledgeable members.
