1966 Penny with die crack, die chip, and cud or possible 'blowhole' lamination

    The possible blowhole lamination error is over the steps. Either it is a blowhole lamination or a Die Chip. The Cud is at the rim about 7:00 and the die crack goes up from there. I found this in a bank roll in South Carolina. Is it a blowhole lamination or die chip on the steps?
