Help me with some ideas of what is happening on this 1988 Cent Error

    I knew I had a Cent with a rim burr so I pulled it out and scanned it. WOW! Take a look on Flickr; use the "All Sizes" button above the photo and look at Large or Original *It's Huge.*

    Please go to the address below and let me know what happened to this Cent. I don't know, so I'll just wait to hear from you guys!

    It's a combination of a broadstrike and a partial collar error. It could be called and incomplete partial collar error, since part of the coin's edge was above the collar when it was struck.
