According to what I've seen in the Red book I think this is a broadstruck quarter but I'm not entirely sure. Still too new to know. Any ideas?
A broadstruck quarter would be much larger than that....it wouldn't have reeding on the rim either...does your?? A broadstruck coin is struck outside the collar so it would be out of shape and have no reeding and would look funny. Speedy
Yes there are reed lines along the perimeter. So then it's not broadstruck, right? So I guess it's not really anything special then? Bill

Hi, This coin was struck by a slightly mis-aligned die. It is extremely common. The mis-alignment in this case is so slight as to make the coin worth only 25 cents. Have Fun, Bill
