2007 dime error ?

Is this a form of brockage? What kind of error is this?

The coin has no scratches, but it is deformed and has a grease in die like error around the right edge. It is pressed in and the coin is not uniformely round on the edge on the right side.

Or is it another under the coke machine special? But it has no scratches so I think it is a mint error.

Looks like the coin spent some time in a parking lot. (Definitely post-Mint damage.)

 

Under the coke machine again. But it did not have any scratches or marks. Oh well.

 

It's not an error, but was smashed by something.
