In circulated fine condition. All the edges and markings stand out. Perfect coin, just not shiny. Thanks
Sounds like a nice coin. I bet it is round and made of silver too. It is worth certain amount of money, payable by banknotes or a lot of coins, most likely between 15$ and 150$, depends who`s buying. There are experts here who could say more about your coin, but for detailed answer that can actually be helpful, try posting some photographs.
In typical circulated condition, the 1896-O is generally around a $20 to $25 retail value item. Whatever you do, absolutely do NOT make it shiny in any way. That will destroy any collector value it has. ACE Mike
If you post some pictures of this Morgan we can give you a more accurate value assessment, rather than guesstimates.
Ok, I finally got off my lazy butt and got this out of the safe to take pictures for you all. Even had to find batteries for the camera. Man....too much work. Kidding...and it's not 1/1/2004 it's 7/11/10 Peace
You need to move your light source. It's putting to much light on the coin both sides for us to make a good determination on grade.
