Is this Corrosion (Indian Head Cent)

So Im new too collecting and Im guessing this is just corrosion bubbling up but thought Id check to be sure.

Definately verdigris! Looks to be fairly heavy too.

 

Yup - the disfigurement of the devices and the aqua green are the give aways.
