    5 cents,damaged,the reverse was ground down not an error.

    The obverse rim made it through the upsetting mill, which means the reverse did as well.
    Since the obverse rim is still visible the only way the reverse rim could be missing is due to post mint damage.

    Someone painstakingly ground down the reverse to falsely give the impression that it is a mint error.

    Value is $.05 if you spend it with a human cashier. A coin machine or vending machine would likely reject it, thereby giving it a value of zero.
