1962 D Lincoln Cent Dual Incomplete Planchet?

    I would call that struck on a Double Clipped Planchet. The Clipped edge at Liberty
    has to much metal missing to be the Blakesley Effect of the other side.

    Examining the edge should tell. Appears to be a double clip of an incomplete planchet.
