I never have understood minesweeper all that well, I usually end up asking what just happened after I lose.

It is kind of like baseball. Don't expect to hit a home run at every at bat. On the advanced game, your lucky to win 10% of the time.

When I logged in I got some sort of message about not having the privileges to do something.
I'll have to pay closer attention the next time I log in.
    Maybe I did something wrong.

The only thing I notice that I don't care for is the new format for listing the numbers of responses.
I generally only consider posting a response when the count is below 10.
By the time it gets above that generally anything I'd have to say would just be a repeat of someone else.
Whereas the number used to stand out, now it's sort of muted and hard to see at a quick look.

I just figured out how to post photos. It's a little different with a couple more steps involved.

Also, it looks like you can "drag & drop" photos that you have used previously in other threads, but I'm not completely sure.

Peter: Does the new version of the site enable the page to load to the last post you read on your previous visit to a thread? CT always had this and I loved it! The page would load from a subscription link or a new post, and if I'd already read the page, would jump right to that page. Please say it does. :)

OK! Tell me. How do I get them in the post like before. I got it posted, but you have to click on it to open a new page.

I just copy IMG code from Photobucket into the body of the post like I always did and it works just fine.

I get the images, but they are links and not displayed in the post like they used to be.

If you're using Photobucket, I can't help you. Mine are uploaded directly from my computer.

upload from computer, 250kb is a minimum size constraint for hosting an image on CT

The walker I posted is a photobucket link, and works the same as before, I also copied and pasted it to another thread. I don't know if it only worked because it was my picture I will have to test it with someone elses.

I've posted my coin three times, in the three ways I know how: from the computer (upload image to CT), from Photobucket (image URL in the post in IMG code bracketed), and upload image via a URL pasted into the 'insert image' icon link above the post dialog box here when you type your reply.

All three work exactly as before.

yes only now you can blow up the photobucket pics to full screen...I'm thinkin man that ms65 is sure scarred...perfect example of too much magnification being a bad thing.
