I'll probably get tomatoes thrown at me but... I can't believe none of you have mentioned the Franklin half as being the ugliest. You think Churchill was ugly. Now Franklin, there's one ugly portrait! The reverse is the only somewhat redeeming aspect of that coin. Oh and that Shriver thing is hideous.
