1947-D doubling ?

found this wierd looking coin in some rolls i bought

couldn't find anything like it so i'm wondering what is going on with it

Looks like damage. Probably a bag mark or circulation damaged.

 

did you look at the 1 too, to me it looks layered but it's kinda blurry here

 

Just another hit. This coin has been around the block a couple of times. Check the fields. Even they have suffered.

It's still a wheat cent. I save even damaged ones in a pile to sell off someday.
