1898 Indian Head is this PMD?

    I imagine the answer is yes but just wanted to check to be sure. Theres two punch marks on it, One on the headress and one above the date. The top punch mark appears to have the top of a 7 or something in it. Anyway, Thanks for any insight.

    It looks like a counterstamp, done on purpose after it was minted, by some kind of stamp (possibly a G?).
