He will try to relist them again and I will report it AGAIN! LOL....

I even went ahead and started a section on my site showing videos on ebay scammers or "regarding" that.

Well, he re-listed and I reported him again. How many more times is he going to try this?

When eBay gets after him, it will not be relisted. FWIW, he relisted it before they pulled anything and the one pulled has not been relisted. It was "RUSSIAN COIN FROM THE YEAR 1838 , 5 ZLOT, RARE FIND!!!!"

They will. Just be patient. They are just not noted for their rapid responses. All of that and I am still surprised he got this far with it.

Why don't you ask you buddy how his sales are going now? Seems he lost all of his listings.

HAHAHA! Good job guys. He shouldn't be allowed to scam people period.

  13. a "joke" he may be but how much "free" publicity are you giving him, how many of you are visiting his site, i would say that publicity is the name of his game. as for the extortionate p&p if someone didn't like the coin they bought then he would cheerfully refund the price but not the p&p, so he'd go away laughing, don't give him so much free publicity. mike.

Publicity? Where? Nobody called Action News and had them do a special report. Your mood seems correct...

In order for the publicity to do any good, he must have 2 things - a place to go and something to offer those that show up. He no longer has either.

Looks like his 'My mood' 'splains this whole rant.

This 'publicity' is EXACTLY what sellers like this need....the 'publicity' that allows great numbers to be aware of his thievery, and to report it so noone gets taken.

As a matter of fact, this poster is the only person to mention the 'only receiving the bid' price, and the shipping would not be refunded....hmmmmmmm, I wonder....

The "publicity" is very indeed helpful when it comes to this because it helps others with not so much knowledge in the field of numismatics like many of us already have.

I started this thread with the intentions to warn others and get rid of him period. I don't agree with people scamming fellow collectors or people just selling junk as such. :smile
