Why would this dime be virtually unworn and have only the first 3 digits of date? All hair is present and lines in torch on rev. are there. It looks like there is a partial slanted line from the left part of a 4. Is this an error coin or just unusual wear. Sorry if the image doesn't load, I'm using my iPhone for this.
