Silver Dollar 1921 S - Lot of mark... Hi, Maybe someone know what it cause lot of mark on this face. It is common to see 1 mark like that but not couple like that. Thank you!

From your full-size images, you can see that the coin was heavily circulated. While it isn't uncommon to see bag marks from other Morgans, some of the marks on this one don't look as though they were made from the reeding of another Morgan. My guess is that this coin was probably in a mixed bag of silver coins that were only good for their melt value. Chris
