1960d question

    This 1960d has lamination errors on the obverse, but on the reverse, it has some sort of gouge under the lettering. What might have caused this?

    That reverse is also a lamination peel. Unlike the obverse it has just completely peeled off. Nice find.

    I could be wrong, but what's on the obverse looks like a strikethrough of the piece that fell off the reverse. The reverse looks as if it was struck after the piece fell off.

    Nice find. It does look like the peel was missing before the strike on the reverse. Does it have an RPM?

    No, it doesn't have a RPM (that I can see) here are two more pics of the obverse

    Scratch the bold part, i missed the rest of the lamination on his shoulder.
