new to coin talk

    I was just wondering what all the abbreviated lingo stands for and stuff. Nothing specific, just everything in general. I know the "condition" abbreviation, but the DOO and COO-001 and the such I don't understand.

    MD= Machine doubling
    DDO= Doubled Die Obverse
    DDR= Doubled Die Reverse
    RPM= RePunched Mint mark
    OM Over mint mark from different mint
    OD Over Date
    WRPM= Wexler numbers for RPMs
    WDDO=Wexler Numbers for DDO
    WDDR= Wexler numbers for DDR
    CDDO- Crawford Numbers for DDO
    1960D-1MM-001 Coppercoins number for 1960-D Cent RPM 001 (RPM # 1 CONECA)
    WAM=Wide A M on a Memorial Cent
    CLAM=Close AM on a Memorial Cent
    Zincoln= A Copper plated Zinc planchet Cent

    Hey, thanks Mark and Coop. That will sure help me to know what you guys are talking about in here. I love coins, but am not much of a collector. I've recently started trying to acquire some proof sets and just love getting information that is not in the Red Book necessarily. This will make it a lot easier to understand what is being said in here. Thanks again.
