Having fun with my new scope, this comes better at catching the toning but not exact. It is also has a built in LED that reflects on the slab. This is the coin I have posted before that I have never been able to take decent pics with, the USB microscope comes pretty close. You also can't see the steps through the slab very well.
Oh you are killing me. Just send the coin to me already and I will make that coin famous. Let's put it this way. You have one of the top five 1945-P Jefferson Nickels in existence. The photo needs make people believe that your coin is as Rick Tomaska would put it "an Everest Coin". So far, it ain't happening. PS, these photos are better than some of your previous offerings so I give you credit for improvement.
That's beautiful! I always liked the silver war nickels -- yours is the one of the most unique examples i've seen
Ha ha, I just bring it up once in awhile to get to you! I am probably going to send the entire registry set for professional photographs soon, yea they are better but they still kind of suck, the scope is good for detail of small areas but not when you have to hold it higher to get the whole coin in.
