Just found 2 Military Payment Certs in this collection. Series 591. 10 cent and 25 cent. Not finding much info on this series. War time? Which one? the 25 cent has a low serial number 00056697. Far from being UNC. Just wondering about some history on these.

Here,s some additional info on the Series 591 Issued: 5/26/1961 Withdrawn: 1/6/1964 Countries which used: Cyprus, Iceland, Japan, Korea Printed 10 Cent: 8,400,000 Printed 25 Cent: 4.704,000 Value, You didnt say what condition the notes were in but average Circulated F-VF notes would run between $3 and $5
