I have 20 rolls of Nickels(10 P Mint and 10 D Mint) that are in sealed, uncirculated rolls they are gold plated and they are all year 2006. I have never heard of the World Reserve Monetary Exchange, what is it exactly and what are they worth?

It's simply marketing. It is a private company that repackages moder US coinage and then sells it for a hefty premium to those who don't know better.

I bought them from a nice old lady at a bank who was going to exchange them in for $10 I offered her $15. Do you think I made a profit or should I just hold on to them?

Twenty rolls of nickels at a face value of $2 per roll is $40 face value coinage. If you paid $15 for this $40 face value then you did well. This is just plated coinage worth essentially face value.
