Could this be worth more then 5 cents?

It could be, but I don't think it is. What do you think is wrong with it?

It has suffered some environmental damage. I do see some doubling along the rim of the obverse from about 6 to 9 o'clock, but this is very minor, and probably caused by being struck with misaligned dies, or, being struck ever-so-slightly off center. Neither of these would carry any premium. Is there something else I'm missing?

I doubt it, because the off center strikes like that are pretty common. I generally find 1 or 2 in every roll. But if it is, PM me immediately, please.

Is the reverse off center also? Could be a Mis-aligned die.

No the reverse side looks to be dead on.

Well then, if the obverse is a bit off-center, and the reverse is not, it is a Mis-aligned die, sometimes called 'MAD'. You can search this forum for more info, and try google and even ebay for more insight.
