Looks about uncirculated. For this date, you would need a high end Uncirculated coin for any value above the silver. Silver value right now is about 13xface value... or $6.50
Its hard to tell, but that might be Uncirculated (though not very high grade). It is most likely worth about $10.
Nice coin. Minor scratches on the obverse, looks like a FBL reverse, I'd say a strong AU, could go MS, worth about $7-$7.50.
