I recently sent quite a large package to Bob Campbell, and the results are in. I believe this may have been one of his greatest challenges, and he rose to the occasion. His results have been nothing short of fantastic, and I would like to share a few of the best pictures with you guys. I'm sure you will see all of these pictures before long, and I will be uploading many of them to my Registry sets soon. Most of these coins I have posted before, so I'm just going to let the pics speak for themselves:

Excellent pics! His talent to be able to capture the nuances in the coin itself even though the coin is still slabbed is amazing!

That def has to go in for review cause i also agree that baby is FBL all day long! I have a sweetly toned 62 i just sent in that is a hammer lock 65 shot 66 (doubt it will go 66 imo just miss's) and has some super strong lines but i have a feeling they are not gonna give it FBL since they are usually very tough on years that the value sky rockets when it gets FBL :(

Edited to add: Physics fan what do you think of this 62? You think she will go FBL or is it just cause its my coin i have high hopes lol?

I'm with djdilliodon, I wish my photo's were even close.

    What did that Merc Grade?
And I like the color of that 86 Morgan a lot!
But the Half Cent is my favorite...

First off, great photos! Second, that obverse of the Merc is outstanding! So much detail in the hair that the cheek and eyes just pop out at you. Great coin(s).

Bob takes some nice pictures. I like the baby copper and the first one the best, but all of them look very nice.

Those are awesome pictures and in light of the other thread, if I saw those on ebay i would drool, while juiced pics make me barf. That first piece, regarldess of the fact that I have no idea what it is, is AWESOME.

Haha, that first piece is an English shilling, from Queen Elizabeth I. It was minted in 1560-1561, and is in a fantastic state of preservation. These coins were literally hand struck by hammering the obverse die (using, of course, a hammer). The strike is typically weak, and this piece grades VF. It is one of the "crown jewels" of my collection.
