Keep up the meds, doctors orders. I too don't like pills, never took any but given that we're the same age it can't be too long before my doc finds something for me to take.

Chris, I know what you are talking about, I am in constant pain 24/7, and there is nothing that can be done to stop it. Ever.

Sometimes when it hurts more than other times I take it out on my message board cohorts, and sometimes when I am loopy on pain medicine that doesn't do much good, I say stuff that either I wouldn't normally say, or doesn't make any sence. (cents?) ... and I have a hard enough time making what I type on a normal basis make sence anyway!

 

How old is he Jack? Probably 107 or so. They've just been telling him to shut up for the LAST 57 years.

dont worry about it. Any time the discussions get heated, it is mostly because we are all passionate about our hobby.
I too understand the surgery and the need to take medication. As some of you know here, I have Crohns disease and have had all my large intestine removed. I take 30 pills a day and have to give myself a shot once a week and a 3 hour infusion once a month. You have to look at the bright side of it though, taking medicine is better than the alternative. If it was not for the medicine I have to take, I would have died years ago and I am only 30.
No worries here though buddy. Get yourself healthy and keep up the great posts
