Q About the Hot Springs Quarter.

On the obverse of the coin, there is a small dot or arrow to the right of the building, on top of the lower horizontal line. What is that mark?

I think it might be the insignia for the National Park Service.

 

Check the rim, I found 6-7 small rim cuds in 1 roll.

 

And, that insignia and building are on the reverse.
