I'll be out for the weekend, so I'm posting this article a bit early. This one's dedicated to RickieB, the master of putting together complete sets of perfect notes. This is a series of notes I've been trying to put together for a while, and as always availability of good notes and funds keeps anything from being complete! Beautiful notes and an interesting information. I had not known about the common notes issued under UDEAC for these countries. The designs are wonderful. Thank you.
