If the numbers don't match on both serial numbers, then you have something. And the farther they are apart the better.

As for the misaligned digit, if you look at tons of currency you will see this a lot, and always the further up or down the digit is, the better. You will often see them halfway up or down, like yours. But when they are WAY up or down
that's always better.
