1896 Mexico 10 centovos

I picked this up a few years ago. but what so odd it almost looks like a Barber Dime.

Also looks like it was minted with some pretty crappy dies.

 

The z denotes that it was minted at the zacatecas mint. I have an 1906 zacatecas 10 centavo

 

Reminds me of some coins that my brother in law gave me a few of. He said they found a box with these assorted coins in a well near Mexico.
