Looks like a Roman antoninianus of some kind, probably c. 250 AD. I can't read the lettering on the obverse well enough to make out who the emperor is (that can be difficult even in hand some times), but it is a coin minted for the emperor as Augustus, not as Casear. It'll have some value, but antoniniani of this period are pretty common.
