2002 tn silver proof question

    I purchased a 2002 TN silver proof quarter.It was graded by PCGS a PR69DCAM. I was examining it when I noticed that the edges were smooth with little reed bumps but not the full reeded edge. Is that normal

    Just a thought, but if this is in a PCGS slab, how is he viewing the edge? Through the translucent "rubber" ring? I know PCGS does have a slab that lets you see the edge but I haven't seen many of them and almost exclusively on President and NA dollars.
