Large Cents

    I know these are common coins but how does this grade out having been dug out of the ground?

    As a pretty darned nice find.

    Off the top of my head, Fine; after looking at IPhone Photograde, probably Fine-15. This is obverse only for obvious reasons. :) 2010 Red Book value in Fine is $32.

    I agree with the grade of F-15. And a fair market value of $32 sounds about right too.

    I concur. This is a very nice specimen considering that it is a ground find.

    Small date variety. IMO the obverse is a solid VG-10. $28.50 as per Red Book list prices.

    Then again, I'd like to see the reverse before I would comfortably net the specimen as an overall VG-10.

    She is a beauty and a nice date. Congratz on the find. The group sounds about right to me as well for the obverse grade. Fine:)
