    You seem a bit miffed because another, who has been billed as one of the best photo graders on this forum, didn't agree with your position.

    I agree with Doug's statement concerning the OP's coin, because he is right, and in my own judgment and experience dealing with Morgans, the coin in question would not rate MS grade by either PCGS, or NGC and as stated by raider would not be graded by either but slabbed as detailed or damaged.
