I am so thrilled I was finally able to add this unique, colorful and rare 1894/94 Indian cent to my collection! I know there are some who may not really care for blue and green copper :D, but this coin in hand is so stunning, lustrous, and really amazingly beautiful - and it fits perfectly in my set. I just love it!

That is a beautiful coin but I am one of those that don't care so much for toned copper. Now if that coin was stunningly red I would be more than happy to take it off your hands. LOL

It's georgeous! The Lustrous obverse is especially nice. I like green/blue toning alot. I am always amazed when someone speaks of cleaning such a piece. Sorry the cent is in a slab. I am sure you would like to get your hands on it even more. --

Nice of you to post the pic. Glad the PennyLady has a new penny to fondle.

What an odd color combination for a copper coin. I can't recall seeing another quite like that.

    Very pretty!

An other-worldly glow. The combination of the color and the luster is what struck me.

If I ever get around to buying an IHC for type, I'll have a pretty good idea of what a "PQ" one should look like from Charmy's posts!

    Great doubled date.
