I won ebay for 1895-o barber dime

I recently won that 1895-o Barber dime. There look like "FINE" and some damaged and nice price?
Finally I got FULLY SET in my book:thumb:

i am still learning the grading system, but i would agree it looks like its a FINE. the thing that worries me is the scratches, could be from it being cleaned? do you plan on getting this graded? if it is indeed in fine shape, you got a good deal, from what i have seen them go for.
