    I agree with shrek, unless we see a clearer or closer picture, we won't be able to tell. It could be Die Deterioration Doubling, Machine Doubling or Post Mint Damage

    After looking at this coin again i noticed doubling in the "I" in "LIBERTY" as well as the "L" ill try and get an image

    With out a doubt that is Machine Doubling (MD).. sorry not a double die :(

    Keep looking hopefully one day you will get one :)
