1960d ld 4-o-viii?

Anyone familiar with this variety? Coneca doesn't list die markers and coppercoins doesn't list the variety. I'm leaning towards ejection doubling, but I'm not sure. Also, Coneca does not list DDO-004 as an RPM, but this one is a rotated split serif RPM.

I've seen that before and came to the same conclusion. Seems like it affect the last digit of the date.
