1818 Half, You Grade It

    Here is a F12ish (I think) half with a little damage, but hey it's almost 200 years old. What would you say she goes?

    Ok, maybe G-8 on the obv., but F-15 on the rev. :D

    Almost F-12 or maybe F-12. Hard to tell on halfs. B12

    Looks like a solid F-12, maybe F-15 on a good day? The reverse helps.

    I would say a high VG. The reverse helps pull it up but the rim is pretty week from 10'oclock to 2 O'clock. Still a nice coin.

    The rim isn't full (or maybe its just off center a little) so I wouldn't go over VG.
