Nice piece Rickie, glad you haven't lost your touch. I want to add that I got a note today from Scott Lindquist and he has a new website for notes that he is working on. He has yet to add pics but some are accessible now. It is a nice site, check it out..http://www.scottlindquist.com/

Well I have sent off an email to purchase this note..waiting to hear from the Dealer...according to the cencus there are 3 notes graded by PMG with this being the finest known thus far..A welcomed addition to the NY District Set!!

Now all I need is the confirmation from the source...taking a chance showing it before I receive word..but hey, I am pretty excited!!

Long ago.. Darryl talked me out of a $20 656 note I had bought... being the honest guy that I am.. I sold it to him for what I paid for it..even sent him a copy of the Sales order...LOL

These are hard to find Krispy..

Another one bites the dust.. well at least I hope so.. will hear on Monday I am sure.

Those were my thoughts exactly Rickie, but I think he only goes for binarys.
All in all, a beautiful note. Good luck!

Pennywise.. you are right.. he does go for th binary 656 notes.. being that these are very hard to locate..it is just a teaser for him..

Darryl is a top notch guy whom I have a great deal of regard for.

Same here, I have found a couple low grade 656's for him. Always happy to help a fellow collector. That reminds me Rick, I have have an item for you, that I will put in the mail Mon. It will be there waiting for you when you are 100%. God bless

You know, right after I began my St. Louis district collection, I quickly found out that the 1985 $1 FRN star, F-1913H* is a pricey little bugger! One of the most expensive ones amongst the small sized $1 FRNs it seems. Why is this with the Series 1985 Ortega/Baker. Why is your $20 so tough to find?
