Mint sets of this era were plastic, not the cardboard sets that produced the classic toning. The plastic sets started in 1959 - so 1958 was the last year of mint set toning. This coin is known as an End Of Roll toner, abbreviated EOR. It goes well with this reverse toner. Both of these are graded MS-64 (the first NGC, the second PCGS)
