Ummm... I think that's what John Wilkes Booth was trying to do... Anyhow, I'd also like to see that area more clearly. It's definitely a nice cud, and it looks like there might be a fairly substantial die crack behind the head as well. In the most technical sense, this is a terminal die state rather than an error. Cuds are unusual with modern coins, so your coin is quite collectible.
