How about the contest with the most awesome prize in CT HIstory! http://www.cointalk.com/t31884-5/ Thanks to Indianhead!
Cool list! :thumb: You have the year wrong by Lehigh's join date though. :secret: Wow. To attain that status, I'm glad I never knew Aidan! I didn't know the podcast debuted.
What about my join date. Remember, everyone on here just got done saying "They do not know what CT did before Financeman" Lol, Just kidding of course. What a great read. Thanks :thumb:
Yes, it was a cool read. When I searched "LostDutchman" CT shows your first post was in November 2009 and Clinker's was in September of 2007. Is that true or have some of the older threads been purged from the CT files? There have been several other CTers that frequent the Ancient/World section and error section like mrbrkln, eduard, siberianman, davemac, conder101, hontonai, dukekavanaugh, chrisild, stainless, etc. I guess it's not practical to list every CT member & when they joined.
I knew this question would arise, which is why I was prepared. Hamman couldn't decide if he wanted to stay or go, Doug is admin, followed closely by mods. Jack has flown many members to California for shows and hanging out. Lehigh has started the most educational threads in his time here. Aidan was controversial, followed by BNB. Frank released a book. Ziggy discovered a first of it's kind coin. Peter started cointalk. Phoenix was the youngest member, and picked up QUICK. examples like that are noteworthy. I am only in the list because I found a special coin, and I created the list. This list is FAR from done, and I appreciate all your input. There are FAR too many members who join, stick around for a year or so, get a few hundred posts and the disappear without making friends with anyone. It would be impractical to list all of them. IMO. Once something huge happens it would be added to my list. Not the small things.
I think Bill(foundinrolls) should be included in this list. He's shown a lot of patience and has been a big help to the newbies and keeping us straight on our errors and varieties.
That is really awesome. Thanks for sharing that. Most of it I didn't know. Even stuff that happened after I joined last year I didn't know about. I guess that might be because I don't get on here every day and have even gone over a month without logging in... Edit: I think Clinker joining should be on the list...after all, how many members here have awards named after them?
