    Hi
Could anyone tell me what a 1944 victory coin is worth.
It has a dot below the torch and I do believe it has the so called Morse code as on the reverse side the rim has broken dots and then continue and so on through the rim. I do not have a camera to show a picture.
I read there were only 8,000 of these coins, do you think this is one of them?

    Thanks for your help!

Yes it does have Morse code on the rim. If the dot below the torch is in the N of cents that's normal production design. These were chrome plated steel and continued in 1945 also. The mintage figure I have for 1944 is 11,532,784.
So that's eleven and a half million.
Not worth very much in middle or lower grades.
