1975, without question. Existence confirmed by Coin World, maybe 2 known, present whereabouts unknown. 1968 would be next. I've never heard of a 1990 proof no S dime. The 1990 no S cent is known in both the regular and the prestige set.
Check Redbook, that's where I found the info I posted. I did mention 1990-S and 1990-S Prestige Set. Numismedia lists FMV for both at $6380. The others are around $1500.
